How does the Kaya Club work?

Choose a membership tier, pick a bag from the shared collection, and it's delivered to your door. Prelude is from R1,999 per borrow for 5 days. Essence and Signature include 2 borrows per month. Try it from R1,999/borrow or go monthly from R2,499 with Essence.

What condition are the bags in?

Condition varies by piece. Some bags are brand new, others are pre-loved and may show signs of wear. All photos in the collection are of the actual bag and include close-ups of any imperfections. If you'd like to know more about a specific piece, just ask us.

What if I damage or lose a bag?

Normal wear and tear cover is covered by your membership. If something happens, let us know and we'll arrange collection. Full details on damage and loss are covered in the membership agreement.

Can I cancel my membership?

Yes. For Essence and Signature, after the 3-month minimum, cancel or freeze at any time. No cancellation fee if you have completed the minimum term. Just give us 30 days notice and we'll take care of the rest. For Prelude, there is no minimum term - you just pay per borrow!
